iT1 Nucleos builds AchieveDXP, the accountable learning platform for K-12, adult education, workforce, independent learners, and corrections. We are a small, senior team inside an established parent company, and the work reaches people who have the least access to education and training.

A hands-on senior engineer to build and own significant parts of our platform, with a path to grow into engineering leadership as the company scales. You will work across the full stack, ship AI features along with the evaluation and guardrails that make them appropriate for education and corrections use, and help keep the platform reliable inside tightly controlled environments.
