TEMPE, AZ — iT1, a leading government and enterprise technology solutions provider, has acquired Nucleos, the maker of the AchieveDXP education platform. The combined company operates as iT1 Nucleos and brings together more than 30 years of technology leadership with a platform built to help underserved learners achieve their goals.
iT1 was already Nucleos's sales, hardware, infrastructure, and managed-services partner across public-sector deployments. This acquisition formalizes that relationship into a single, accountable company. All contracts, deployments, support commitments, and learner and educator relationships transfer to iT1 Nucleos without interruption.
Together, the two companies unite iT1's public-sector scale, a global technology provider founded in 2003, with AchieveDXP, the secure digital experience platform built and run in production by Nucleos.
